Rehab – A type of real estate investment strategy in which an investor purchases properties with the goal of reselling them for a profit
Turnkey Property – A fully renovated home or apartment building that an investor can purchase and immediately rent out.
Joint venture (JV) - A business arrangement in which two or more parties agree to pool their resources for the purpose of accomplishing a specific task. This task can be a new project or any other business activity.
Hard money loan - A specific type of asset-based loan financing through which a borrower receives funds that are backed by the value of the property, not by the credit worthiness of the borrower.
Master LeaseOption and Lease Option are similar. The difference between the two. The term lease option is used when referring to single family homes, but for apartments and commercial property, it is typically called a master lease agreement.
